After ordering and uploading photos, we'll email your proof for approval. Please respond within 48 hours or we'll assume approval to proceed. We'll work with you on modifications before production begins.

Will modifications delay delivery?

Yes, delivery times depend on modification complexity. While we prioritise quality and satisfaction, extensive changes may extend production time.

What are your refund policies?
