- Upload the Right Photo: Choose a clear, full-body photo where everyone is facing forward. Bright colors and distinct patterns translate best into bricks!
- What We Replicate: We meticulously design hairstyles, facial expressions, clothing styles, and simple accessories.
- Design Limitations: To maintain structural integrity, complex handheld items (like instruments) or large background objects (tables, chairs, animals) are omitted to focus on the people.
- Previewing Your Design: Most orders allow for an online preview. Note: If you cannot find the preview option but wish to see the design before we ship, simply place your order and contact our support team. We will happily send you a preview for approval.

How long does it take to make?
Because every brick figure is custom-designed 1-on-1 by our artists, please allow 2-5 business days for production before shipping. We promise the wait is worth the quality!
What if I'm not happy with the quality?
We stand by our work. If there are any quality issues (non-human damage) within 60 days of receiving your order, we will remake and resend a new customized product for free. For more details, see our Refund Policy.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Since this is a custom-made item, we cannot resell it. However, we offer a fair cancellation policy: Full refund if design hasn't started, and 50% refund if designed but not yet produced. Once production starts, returns are not available.
