Step 2: What We'll Customize

Please note: Due to the brick structure, we cannot include large props (musical instruments, furniture, animals, etc.) or highly complex hand gestures. We'll do our best to capture the essence within the figure's design.

Most orders include an online design preview. If you don't see a preview button after ordering, don't worry—simply contact us immediately and we'll send you a manual preview before production begins.

- After design starts: 50% refund available
- After production starts: No refund or return available
