How to Order

You can place orders through our website. When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices displayed, subject to these Terms.

Order Process

  • Browse our products and select items for customization
  • Upload your photos or designs as required
  • Review your customization in our preview tool
  • Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
  • Provide accurate delivery and payment information
  • Review and confirm your order

Important: Please carefully review all customizations before submitting your order. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before final submission.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email stating that your order has been accepted and processed for production. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of any payment received.

Pricing and Payment

Prices

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) for Australian customers and British Pounds (GBP) for UK customers
  • Prices include GST/VAT where applicable
  • Delivery charges are calculated and displayed before payment
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

Personalized Products

Please Note: Personalized products are custom-made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Content must not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders containing inappropriate content
  • You grant us a license to use your content solely for producing your order

Quality and Color

While we strive for accuracy, please note that colors may vary slightly from screen to print due to monitor settings and printing processes. We recommend using high-resolution images for best results.

Delivery

Delivery Locations

We deliver to Australia, United Kingdom, and selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location and product type.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Australia: 5-10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7-12 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to production requirements, shipping delays, or customs processing.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery to the specified address
  • Please ensure delivery address accuracy
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes

Returns and Refunds

Personalized Products

Due to their custom nature, personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence and may request the return of the item for inspection.

  • We will cover return shipping for faulty items
  • Choose between replacement or full refund
  • Refunds processed within 14 days of approval

Our Errors

If we make an error in your personalization (different from what you approved), we will remake the product at no cost or provide a full refund at your choice.

Cancellations

As personalized products are made to order, cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at cs@photoongifts.com. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on production status.

Intellectual Property

  • All website content, designs, and trademarks are owned by PhotoOnGifts
  • You may not reproduce our content without permission
  • Product designs remain our property unless otherwise stated
  • Your uploaded content remains your property

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information and uploaded content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We will not share your personal information or custom designs with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping partners, payment processors).

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of your order
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our control
  • Nothing limits liability for death, injury, or fraud

Gift Vouchers

  • Valid for 12 months from purchase date
  • Non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Balance can be used across multiple orders

Promotional Codes

  • One promotional code per order
  • Cannot be combined with other offers
  • Subject to terms specified at time of issue
  • We reserve the right to cancel codes at any time

General Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. For UK customers, local consumer protection laws also apply where applicable.
