5. Customs & Import Duties

Please be aware that express shipments may be subject to customs inspections and subsequent import duties. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. We are unable to estimate these charges in advance.
Other Shipping Methods
For all non-express shipping channels, PhotoOnGifts may cover customs duties upfront. However, these costs will be calculated and invoiced to you after shipment.
General Notice
Customs inspections are conducted randomly. If your order is not selected, no additional fees will apply. If it is inspected, you will need to cooperate with the carrier and pay any applicable fees. For non-urgent orders, we recommend selecting YunExpress to minimize potential customs delays and fees.

- Countries with trade restrictions

- Remote locations not served by our shipping partners
