What’s Not Included
Large scene elements or background props such as tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals and similar big decorations.
Photo Requirements
Upload a clear, high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photo with no obstructions.
Bright colours and patterned clothing photograph best.
Please avoid filters or heavy shadows; ensure good lighting.
Size & Materials
Size refers to the stature of the standing figure (head to toe), not the subject’s real-life height when sitting or lying.

How It Works
Order, then upload your high-resolution photo(s).
We email a proof for your approval.
Approve within 48 hours of receiving the proof email. If no reply within 48 hours, we’ll assume approval and proceed.
We produce, quality check and dispatch.
Refunds & Returns
This is a custom-made product and cannot be resold; returns are not available once production begins.
Refunds: 100% if requested before design starts; 50% if design has started; no refund once production has started.
