Should there be any concerns, we’ll work with you on modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email; otherwise, we’ll assume approval) → Quality inspection → Dispatch.

Will modifications delay delivery time?
Yes. The more modifications required, the longer delivery may take. We always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.

As this is a bespoke, customised product, once sold it cannot be returned for resale. If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design has not started, a refund is available.
