- Place your order and upload a clear, high-resolution photograph.
- We will email a proof for your approval. We require your email address to send proofs during production and to contact you about any issues.
- Please reply within 48 hours of the proof email; if no reply is received we will assume approval and continue production.
- After approval we complete quality inspection and dispatch.
Important: Modifications after proof approval may add time to delivery. The more changes required, the longer production and dispatch may take.
