Photo requirements
Upload a clear, high‑resolution, front, full‑body photo with no coverings. Photos showing patterned clothing or bright colours produce the best results.
Ordering & production process
Place your order and upload required photos.
We email a proof for your approval; we require an email address to send proofs and production updates.
Reply within 48 hours to request modifications; without a reply we will assume approval and proceed.
Once approved, we complete quality inspection and dispatch.
Refunds & returns
Because this is a made‑to‑order personalised item, it cannot be returned for resale once produced. Refund policy:
If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design has not started, a full refund is available.
If you request a refund after design has started, a 50% refund is available.
If you request a refund after production has started, no refund or return will be available.
