What we can’t reliably reproduce: large decorations (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals), very complex accessories, intricate hand‑held items or elaborate gestures — we will approximate within block structure limits.
Size note: Size refers to the stance height (person standing head to toe), not sitting or lying measurements.
Material: ABS, eco‑friendly.
Photo requirements: Upload a clear, high‑resolution, front, full‑body photo with no obstructions. Bright colours and visible patterns work best. For best results, send an unobstructed image showing the whole person.
How the custom process works:
Place your order and upload your photos.
We email a proof to the address you provide — we require your email to send proofs and resolve any issues.
Please reply within 48 hours of the proof email; if no response is received we will assume approval and proceed to production.
On approval, we complete quality inspection and dispatch.
Modifications & delivery: Any requested modifications may extend delivery time; the more changes, the longer production may take. We always prioritise product quality and customer satisfaction.

If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design/production has not started — full refund available.
If design has started — 50% refund available.
If production has started — no refund or return is available.
