Production & proofs

We require your email address to send production proofs and to keep you informed. After you place your order and upload photos, we will send a proof by email for your approval. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof; if we receive no reply we will assume approval and continue production. Any requested modifications may extend delivery times.

Returns, refunds & dispatch

Because each item is custom made exclusively for you, it cannot be returned for resale once produced. If you request a refund immediately after ordering and before production has started, we can issue a refund. Once production has started, refunds or returns are not available.
