How to Order & Customisation Process

1. Place your order and upload a clear, high-resolution photograph.
2. Provide your email address — we use this to send proofs during production and to contact you if any issues arise.
3. We will email a proof for approval. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof; if no response is received we will assume approval to proceed.
4. If changes are requested, we will revise the proof. Multiple modifications may extend production time.
5. After approval we perform a quality inspection and dispatch your bobblehead.

You may enter custom text for engraving (name, short quote or wording). Provide the exact text when ordering. For best results upload a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo showing the face straight on and from an angle if possible.
