How to order & customisation process

1. Place your order and upload clear, high-resolution photographs.
2. We require your email address to send production proofs and communicate about any issues.
3. We email a proof for approval; please reply within 48 hours. If no reply is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and proceed to production.
4. If you request changes, production will be paused until you approve the revised proof — additional modifications may extend delivery time.
5. Final quality inspection and dispatch.

Photo requirements: For best results upload clear, high-resolution photos that show facial features and hair colour clearly. Poor-quality images may affect likeness.
