What’s Not Included

Photo Requirements

• Upload clear, high‑resolution photos.
• Use front view, full‑body images with no obstructions or heavy shadows.
• Brightly coloured clothing and visible patterns help achieve better likeness.

How Customisation Works

1. Place your order and upload photos.
2. We will email a proof for your approval.
3. Reply to the proof email within 48 hours to request changes; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed.
4. Once approved we start production → quality inspection → dispatch.

Refunds & Delivery

Because this is a personalised item: if you cancel before design starts, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after design has begun but before production starts, 50% will be refunded. Once production has started, no refunds or returns are possible. Delivery times may be extended if multiple modifications are requested; we always prioritise quality.
