• Customisation scope: Hair, expression, clothing, simple accessories and basic actions. Complex props, large decorations (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) or intricate hand-held items may not be fully reproduced; we will restore them as faithfully as the block structure allows.
• Unique product: Each piece is designed 1:1 and cannot be resold. Once production starts returns are restricted (see refund policy).

1. Place your order and upload clear, high-resolution front, full-body photos with the subject uncovered and wearing bright or patterned clothes for best results. 2. We will email a proof for your approval. 3. Reply to the proof email within 48 hours to request modifications or confirm. 4. After approval we proceed to production, quality inspection and dispatch.

We require your email address so we can send proofs during production and contact you if any issue arises. Modifications are possible but will extend delivery time depending on the number of changes; we always prioritise quality.

Refund & Shipping

Because each product is customised: if you cancel before design starts we will issue a full refund. If cancellation occurs after design has started but before production, a 50% refund applies.
