What we can and cannot include
We do our best to interpret simple accessories and expressions within the brick structure. Complex accessories, intricate hand-held items and gestures may not be fully restored. Large scene decorations (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals, etc.) are not included.

Material: ABS, eco-friendly and durable. Size refers to the stature of each standing figure from head to toe; it is not the real-life height of a seated or lying pose.

Photo guidelines
Upload a clear, front-facing, high-resolution photo with the face fully visible (no hats, sunglasses or heavy filters). Bright colours and visible patterns help with likeness. Full-body images are fine, but the head must be sharp and unobstructed.
Production, delivery & returns
Delivery time depends on the number of modifications; more changes may extend lead time. Available for AU and UK delivery; see our Shipping Policy for details. This product is custom-made and cannot be returned once produced. If you cancel before design begins, a full refund is available; after design starts, 50% refund; after production starts, no refund.
