If there are any problems, we will negotiate modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the sample email, overtime will be deemed as agreement to continue production) -> Quality inspection -> Shipping

Only the head can be customised. The head will be personalised according to your chosen hairstyle and facial expression. The body posture and clothing will be the same as shown in the product images. Fixed heads can be paired with any hairstyle, but movable heads can only be paired with short hair.

4. How is the product size measured?
Measured from the top of the head to the bottom of the feet, as in a standing position. If the person is sitting or lying down, this differs from their actual height.
