1. Why do you need my email address?
We need to communicate with you during production if any issues arise. For Bobblehead or brick Figure gifts, your email is required to receive sample images, ensuring the quality and satisfaction of your customised product.

2. What is the customisation process for this product?
Place your order and upload high-resolution photos (you need to provide an email address to receive sample emails) -> If there are no issues, production begins. If there are any concerns, we will discuss modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the sample email, otherwise we will proceed with production) -> Quality inspection -> Shipping

3. Which parts can I personalise?
Only the head can be customised. The head will be personalised according to your chosen hairstyle and facial expressions. The body pose and clothing will remain the same as shown in the product images. Fixed heads can be paired with any hairstyle, but movable heads can only accommodate short hair.

4. How is the product size measured?
Measured from head to toe, as if standing upright. If the person is sitting or lying down, this differs from their actual height.

5. What are the photo requirements when ordering?
For best results, please upload a clear, high-resolution photograph.

8. Will modifications delay the shipping time?
Yes, shipping time depends on the number of modifications required. More modifications may extend the shipping date, but we always prioritise quality and satisfaction.

2. What are the customisation limitations?
Customisation includes hair style and facial expressions, which we recreate within the block structure. The production scope doesn't include large decorations from images, such as tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals.

3. What is the refund policy for customised items?
Because this product is customised and uniquely made, once sold it cannot be returned for resale. If you request a refund immediately after placing the order before design and production starts, a refund is available. If you request a refund after design has started, only 50% refund is available. If you request a refund after production has started, no refund or return is available.
