For communication during production if any issues arise. For Bobblehead or Brick Figure gifts, your email is needed to receive samples, ensuring the quality and satisfaction of your customised product.
2. What is the customisation process for this product?
Place order and upload high-resolution photos required for the product (you need to provide email address to receive sample emails) -> If no issues, production begins. If any problems arise, we will negotiate modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving sample email, otherwise we proceed with production) -> Quality inspection -> Shipping.
3. How is the product size measured?
Measured from head to toe, as if standing upright. If the person is sitting or lying down, this differs from their actual height.
4. What are the photo requirements when ordering?
For best results, please upload clear, full-body, front-facing photos with no obstructions, wearing bright colours or patterned clothing. Photos should be high-resolution and well-lit.
Yes, shipping time depends on the number of modifications required. More modifications may extend the shipping date, but we always prioritise quality and satisfaction.

3. What customisation limitations should I know about?
Complex accessories, hand-held items, and specific gestures may not be perfectly restored due to building block structural limitations. The production scope doesn't include large decorations such as tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals. Currently, only Light Nougat skin colour is supported, and facial hair (beards or moustaches) cannot be customised.
4. What is the refund policy for this customised item?
Because this is a customised item made specially and uniquely, once sold it cannot be returned for resale. If you request a refund immediately after placing the order before design and production starts, a full refund is available. If you request a refund AFTER design has started, only 50% refund is available. If you request a refund AFTER production has started, no refund or return is available.
