Which parts can I personalise? The head is the personalised element and will be created according to the chosen hairstyle and facial expression. The body pose and clothing will match what is shown in the product images. Fixed heads can accommodate any hairstyle, whilst moveable heads only suit short hair options.

How is the product size measured? Measurement is taken from head to toe as if the person is standing upright. If the person is sitting or lying down in the reference photo, this will not equate to their actual standing height.
