Production issues may arise requiring communication with you. For Bobblehead or Brick Figure gifts, we need your email to send preview samples, ensuring your customised product meets quality and satisfaction standards.

2. What is the customisation process for this product?
Place your order and upload high-quality photographs (you must provide an email address to receive sample emails) -> If no issues arise, production begins. Should problems occur, we'll negotiate modifications (please respond within 48 hours of receiving the sample email, otherwise we'll proceed with production) -> Quality inspection -> Dispatch.

3. How are product dimensions measured?
Measurements are taken from head to toe, as if standing upright. If the person is sitting or lying down, this differs from their actual height.

4. What are the photograph requirements when ordering?
For optimal results, please upload clear, high-resolution photographs showing full body, front-facing poses without obstructions, wearing bright colours and distinctive patterns.
