Any problems will be discussed for modifications (please reply within 48 hours of sample email, otherwise we'll proceed with production) -> Quality inspection -> Dispatch

Complex accessories, hand-held items, and intricate gestures may not be perfectly restored. We work within building block structural limitations. Large decorations like tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals aren't included.

4. What's the refund policy for customised products?
Since this is a customised product designed 1-to-1, once sold it cannot be resold. Full refund available if requested before design begins. 50% refund if requested after design starts but before production. No refunds once production commences.
