Place your order and upload high-quality photos of the desired figures (you'll need to provide an email address to receive sample images) -> If there are no issues, production begins. If there are any concerns, we'll discuss modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the sample email, otherwise we'll proceed with production) -> Quality inspection -> Shipping.

3. How is the product size measured?

The size refers to the standing height from head to toe. If a person is sitting or lying down, this differs from their actual height.

4. What are the photo requirements when placing an order?

For the best results, please upload clear, full-body photos with no obstructions, featuring bright colours and patterns. Front-facing images work best for our design process.

Yes, shipping time depends on the number of modifications required. More modifications may extend the shipping date, but we always prioritise quality and satisfaction.

We can customise hairstyles, expressions, clothing, conventional accessories, and simple actions. However, complex accessories, hand-held items, and intricate gestures may not be perfectly restored within the building block structure. Large decorations such as tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals are not included in the production scope.

4. What is the refund policy for this customised product?

Since this is a bespoke item designed and produced individually, refund terms vary by production stage: Full refund if cancelled before design begins, 50% refund if cancelled after design starts but before production, and no refund once production has commenced.
