We need your email to communicate with you during production if any issues arise. For Bobblehead or brick figure gifts, we'll send you a preview sample via email to ensure you're satisfied with the quality and appearance of your customised product.

2. What is the customisation process for this product?

Place your order and upload high-quality photos of the person you want customised (you'll need to provide an email address to receive sample preview emails) -> If there are no issues, production begins. If any concerns arise, we'll negotiate modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the sample email, otherwise we'll proceed with production) -> Quality inspection -> Dispatch

3. Which parts can I personalise?

Only the head can be customised. The head will be personalised according to your chosen hairstyle and facial expression. The body pose and clothing will match what's shown in the product images. Fixed heads can be paired with any hairstyle, but moveable heads can only accommodate short hair.

4. How is the product size measured?

The size represents the figure's height from head to toe when standing, similar to a person's standing height. This differs from actual height when the person is sitting or lying down.

5. What are the photo requirements when ordering?

For optimal results, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo. Choose front-facing images without obstructions, featuring bright colours and clear patterns for the best customisation outcome.

8. Will modifications delay the dispatch time?

Yes, dispatch time depends on the number of modifications required. More modifications may extend the dispatch date, but we always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.

Our custom brick figures are made from ABS eco-friendly material, ensuring durability and safety whilst maintaining the authentic building block feel and appearance.

2. What are the customisation limitations?

Customisation includes hairstyle and facial expression, which we'll recreate within the structural constraints of the building block format. The scope doesn't include large decorative elements from images such as tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals. Only clear, unobstructed photos with bright colours and patterns work best for customisation.

3. What is the refund policy for customised products?

Because this product is customised and uniquely made, it cannot be returned for resale once completed. If you request a refund immediately after placing the order before design begins, a full refund is available. After design starts, only 50% refund is available. Once production begins, unfortunately no refund or return is possible.
