Place your order and upload high-resolution photos of the required product (you'll need to provide an email address to receive sample emails) -> If there are no issues, production begins. Should any problems arise, we'll negotiate modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the sample email, otherwise we'll assume approval to continue production) -> Quality inspection -> Dispatch

3. How is the product size measured?

Measured from head to toe as if standing upright. If the person is sitting or lying down, this differs from their actual height.

4. What are the requirements for photos when placing an order?

For optimal results, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo showing the front view with bright colours and clear facial features. The photo selection is crucial for designing brick figures - choose front-facing, clear, uncovered photos with bright colours and patterned clothing for best results.

Yes, dispatch time depends on the number of modifications required. More modifications may extend the dispatch date, but we always prioritise quality and satisfaction.

1. What material is this product made from?

Made from ABS eco-friendly material, ensuring durability and safety for all ages.

2. What customisation scope is available?

Customisation includes hairstyle and facial expression of the character, which we'll recreate within the structural limitations of the block format. The customisation scope doesn't include large decorations from images such as tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals. Only the head can be customised; the body remains a fixed snowboarder style that cannot be altered.

3. Are there any important notices about this customised product?

Because this product is a customised item, it is specially and uniquely made. Therefore, once sold, it cannot be returned to be resold again. If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design and production has not started yet, a refund will be available. If you request a refund AFTER design has started, only 50% refund will be available. If you request a refund AFTER production has started, please understand that a refund or return will not be available.
