Place your order and upload high-quality photos (you'll need to provide an email address to receive sample emails) -> If there are no issues, production begins. If there are any concerns, we'll discuss modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the sample email, otherwise we'll proceed with production) -> Quality inspection -> Dispatch

3. How is the product size measured?
Measured from head to toe, as if standing upright. If the person is sitting or lying down, this differs from their actual height.

4. What are the photo requirements when ordering?
For best results, please upload clear, high-resolution photos showing the full body, front-facing, unobstructed, wearing bright colours or patterned clothing.

Yes, delivery time depends on the number of modifications required. More modifications may extend the dispatch date, but we always prioritise quality and satisfaction.

Because this product is a customised item, it is specially and uniquely made. If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design/production hasn't started, a full refund is available. If you request a refund after design has started, only 50% refund is available. If you request a refund after production has started, refunds are not available.
