- Cat only: we cannot accept dogs or other pets.
- What we customise: fur colour and markings, facial expression, clothing, regular accessories, and simple actions/poses (e.g., sitting or lying).
- Complex details: may need to be simplified; we will do our best within the structure of building blocks.
- Material: eco-friendly ABS plastic (small particle blocks).
- Dimensions: for a sitting pose, measured from the top of the head to the floor; for a lying pose, measured from the highest point of the body to the base.
Photo guidelines
- Upload a clear, high-resolution, front-on, full-body, unobstructed cat photo.
- Use good lighting and a neutral background; avoid filters, heavy shadows, and covering items.
How it works

- We email a digital proof for your approval.
- Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email; otherwise, we will assume approval and proceed.
- We complete production, conduct quality inspection, and dispatch.

Refunds and cancellations
- As this is a customised item, returns are not accepted once production has started.
- If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design/production has not started, a refund is available.
- If design has started, only a 50% refund is available.
