1. Why do you need my email address?
This helps us communicate with you during production if any issues arise. For Bobblehead or brick Figure gifts, we need your email to send you preview samples, ensuring the quality and satisfaction of your customised product.

2. What is the customisation process for this product?
Place your order and upload high-resolution photos (you'll need to provide an email address to receive sample emails) -> If there are no issues, production begins. If there are any concerns, we'll discuss modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the sample email, otherwise we'll proceed with production) -> Quality inspection -> Dispatch.

3. Which parts can I personalise?
Only the head can be customised, which will be personalised according to your chosen hairstyle and facial expression. The body pose and clothing will remain the same as shown in the product images. Fixed heads can be paired with any hairstyle, but moveable heads can only accommodate short hair.

4. How is the product size measured?
Measured from head to toe, as if in a standing position. If the person is sitting or lying down, this differs from their actual height.

5. What are the photo requirements when ordering?
For best results, please upload a clear, high-resolution photograph.

8. Will modifications delay the dispatch time?
Yes, dispatch time depends on the number of modifications required. More modifications may extend the dispatch date, but we always prioritise quality and satisfaction.

Made from ABS eco-friendly material, ensuring durability and safety.

2. What are the customisation limitations?
The selection of photos is the beginning of the design process. Upload front-facing, clear, uncovered photos wearing bright colours and patterned clothing for best results. Customisation includes hairstyle and expression, which we'll recreate within the block structure. We don't include large decorations from images such as tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals.

3. Important refund information
Because this product is customised, it's specially and uniquely made. Therefore, once sold, it cannot be returned for resale. If you request a refund immediately after placing the order before design and production starts, a refund is available. If you request a refund AFTER design has started, only 50% refund is available. If you request a refund AFTER production has started, please understand that refunds or returns are not available.
