After you order we will produce a proof and email it to you for approval. Please respond within 48 hours of receiving the proof; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed. Refunds & returns

Because each item is custom made, once sold it cannot be returned for resale. If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design/production has not started, a refund will be available.
