Because this product is custom-made, refunds are restricted. If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design/production has not started, a refund is available. If design has started a 50% refund applies. After production begins, no refund or return is available. Modifications after proofing may delay delivery — the more changes required, the longer the lead time.
