• Size: Stature from head to toe (standing height of the figure). Note: this is the standing stature representation, not the actual height if the person was sitting or lying.
• Customisation scope: Hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple actions. Complex accessories, large props (tables, chairs, musical instruments, other animals) or intricate hand-held items may not be fully reproduced; we will approximate within the building-block structure.
• What’s not included: Large scene decorations and additional animals beyond the included dog are excluded from production.

Photo Requirements

Upload clear, high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photos with no obstructions. Bright colours and visible clothing patterns help us match details more accurately. Patterned figures will be reproduced more faithfully.

Ordering & Proofs

We require your email address to send proofs during production and to contact you if any issues arise. After you place your order and upload photos we will email a proof for approval. Please reply within 48 hours; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed.

Production & Refund Policy

Because each item is custom-made, it cannot be returned for resale once sold. If you cancel immediately after ordering and we have not yet started design or production, a full refund is available. If you request a refund after design has started, only 50% will be refunded. Once production has started, refunds or returns are not available.
