• Personalised details based on your uploaded photos (please note: large scene props such as tables, chairs, musical instruments or full animals are not included)

Photo requirements

For the best result upload a front, full‑body, high‑resolution photo with no covering items. Bright colours and patterned clothing help us reproduce features more accurately. Complex accessories, hand‑held items or intricate gestures may not be perfectly restored but we will attempt faithful reproduction within the brick structure.

Material: ABS, eco-friendly. As a customised product, each figure is specially made and cannot be resold once completed.

Ordering & customisation process

1. Place your order and upload clear photos.
2. We email a proof to your supplied address for approval — please reply within 48 hours or we will assume approval and proceed.
3. After your approval we complete production, perform quality inspection and dispatch.

Modifications requested after proofing may extend delivery times; the more changes needed the longer production and shipping may take.

Refunds & returns

Because this is a made‑to‑order item it cannot be returned once produced. Early refunds depend on production stage:

• If you request a refund immediately and design/production has not started: full refund available.
• If you request a refund after design has started: 50% refund.
• If you request a refund after production has started: no refund or return available.
