What we can and cannot customise

• Included: hairstyle, expression, clothing, simple accessories and basic poses
• Limited: complex accessories, detailed hand‑held items and intricate gestures may not be perfectly reproduced but will be approximated within the building-block structure
• Excluded: large scene decorations such as tables, chairs, animals or musical instruments
• Note: facial hair (beards, moustaches) is not customisable at present. Additional skin tones are under development.

Important: returns & refunds

Because each product is custom-made, it cannot be returned for resale once produced. Refund policy: if you request a refund immediately after ordering and design/production has not started, a full refund may be issued. If design has started, only a 50% refund is available. Customisation process

1. Place your order and upload high-resolution photos (front, full body, clear, no cover — bright colours and patterned clothing give better results).
2. We will email a proof for your approval; please respond within 48 hours or we will assume approval to proceed.
3. After approval we proceed to production and quality inspection, then dispatch. See shipping details at Shipping Policy.

Photo requirements & tips

Upload a clear, high-resolution image showing the whole person from the front. Avoid obstructions, low light or heavy shadows. Patterned clothing and bright colours help our designers capture distinctive features.

Delivery & modifications

Any requested modifications may delay delivery — the more changes required, the longer production will take. We prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.
