• Facial hair: Beards and moustaches cannot be customised at this time.
• Material: ABS, eco-friendly.
• Size: The figure represents the stature of the person standing from head to toe; this is not a seated or lying measurement.

How we customise

Upload clear, high-resolution photos when placing your order. The best results come from a front, full-body image with no obstructions, bright or patterned clothing if possible. We design within the structure of the building blocks: hairstyle, facial expression and conventional accessories are included. Complex or highly detailed accessories may not be reproduced perfectly, but we will attempt faithful restoration where feasible.

Proofs & communication

We require your email address to send proofs during production and to contact you about any issues. After you place your order we will email a proof for approval. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof; if no reply is received we will assume approval and continue production.

Custom order process

Place order & upload photos → We send proof via email → You approve or request modifications (reply within 48 hours) → Production & quality inspection → Dispatch. Note: modifications may delay delivery; the more changes requested, the longer production may take.

Returns & refunds

Because this product is custom-made and cannot be resold, it is non-returnable once completed. If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design/production has not started, a full refund will be available. If you request a refund after design has started, only a 50% refund is available. Once production has started, refunds are not available. Packaging & assembly

All Brick Figures and scene accessories are packaged separately. Assembly instructions are provided and must be followed upon receipt.

For best results upload front-facing, full-body, high-resolution photographs with minimal obstructions and bright clothing. If you have questions during the process we will contact you by email to ensure you are happy with the design.
