Please note: this product can only be customised for German Shepherds — other breeds or pets cannot be accepted.

Important Photo & Design Guidelines

• Upload a clear, high-resolution, front-facing full-body photo with no obstructions for best results.
• Simple elements (fur colour, basic clothing, common accessories) are well reproduced. Complex scenes or intricate details may not be fully restorable due to the building-block structure; we will try our best.
• Dimensions reflect either the sitting height (head to floor) or the lying/recumbent length depending on the pose you choose.

Ordering & Customisation Process

1. Place your order and upload the required high-resolution photos.
2. We will email a proof of the design to your provided email — we require an email address to send proofs and to contact you about any production issues.
3. Confirm the proof or request modifications. Please reply within 48 hours of the proof email; otherwise we will assume approval to continue.
4. Production begins after proof approval, followed by quality inspection and dispatch.

Refunds & Returns

This is a bespoke/customised product and therefore cannot be returned for resale once made. Refund eligibility:

• If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design/production has not started, a full refund may be possible.
• If the design has started, only a 50% refund will be available.
• Once production has started, refunds or returns are not available.
