How the customisation process works

2. We will email a proof to the address you provide — we require your email to send proofs and to contact you about any queries.
3. Reply to the proof email within 48 hours to request changes; if we do not receive a reply within 48 hours we will assume approval and proceed to production.
4. Once approved we perform a quality inspection and dispatch the item. Changes after production begins may delay delivery.
