- We produce your figure, complete quality inspection, then dispatch

Delivery time depends on the number of modifications requested. More changes may extend production. We prioritise quality and your satisfaction.
Refunds & returns (custom product)
- This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned for resale
- Refund available if requested immediately after ordering and before design has started
- If refund is requested after design has started: 50% refund
- After production has started: no refund or return
