Ordering & customisation process

1. Place your order and upload high-resolution photos of the subject.
2. We email a proof to the address you provide; please reply within 48 hours to request changes, otherwise we will assume approval and proceed.
3. Once you approve the proof we begin production. After production and quality inspection the item is dispatched.

Refunds & returns

Because this item is custom-made it cannot be returned for resale after it has been sold. If you request a refund immediately after ordering and we have not started the design, a full refund is available. If you request a refund after design has started a 50% refund is available.
