1. Why do you need my email address?

We need your email to communicate during production if any issues arise. For Bobblehead or brick figure gifts, we'll send preview samples via email to ensure your customised product meets quality standards and satisfaction.

2. What is the customisation process for this product?

Place your order and upload high-quality photos (you'll need to provide an email address to receive sample images) -> If no issues arise, production begins. Any concerns will be discussed for modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving sample emails, otherwise we'll proceed with production) -> Quality inspection -> Dispatch.

3. Which parts can I personalise?

Only the head can be customised. The head will be personalised according to your chosen hairstyle and facial expression. Body posture and clothing will remain as shown in the product images. Fixed heads can accommodate any hairstyle, whilst moveable heads are limited to short hair only.

4. How is the product size measured?

Measurements are taken from head to toe as if standing upright. If the person is sitting or lying down, this differs from their actual height.

5. What are the photo requirements when ordering?

For optimal results, please upload clear, high-resolution photos showing the front view without obstructions, featuring bright colours and clear facial features.

8. Will modifications delay the dispatch time for this product?

Yes, dispatch times depend on the number of required modifications. More modifications may extend the dispatch date, but we always prioritise quality and satisfaction above all else.

3. Are there any important notes about this product?

Because this product is customised and uniquely made, it cannot be returned for resale once completed. Refund availability depends on production stage: full refund before design starts, 50% refund after design begins, no refund after production commences.
