Photo & Customisation Guidelines

For the best result upload a clear, high‑resolution photo: front view, full body, unobstructed faces, bright colours — patterned clothing works well. The customisation scope includes hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple actions. Complex accessories, small handheld items, intricate gestures or large decorations (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) are outside the production scope and may not be faithfully reproduced within the brick structure.

Ordering, Proofs & Email Requirement

Place your order and upload high‑resolution photos. We require your email address to send you a proof during production and to contact you if any issues arise. You will receive a proof by email and should reply within 48 hours. If no reply is received we will assume approval and proceed to production.

Production, Modifications & Delivery

After proof approval we begin production. Modifications are allowed before production starts but may delay delivery — the more revisions, the longer the lead time. Once production has started, the item cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund & Shipping Summary

This is a bespoke 1:1 customised product and cannot be resold once made. Cancellation before design starts: full refund. Cancellation after design but before production: 50% refund.
