Photo & Order Requirements

Upload clear, high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photos with no obstructions. Bright colours and visible patterns achieve better results. For complex details please provide multiple reference images.

Customisation & Proof Process

1. Place your order and upload required photos.
2. We will email a proof for approval—please provide a valid email address so we can send designs and updates.
3. Reply within 48 hours to approve or request modifications; no reply will be taken as approval to proceed.
4. After approval we perform quality inspection and dispatch.

Refunds & Production Policy

This is a made-to-order product. If you cancel immediately after ordering and we have not started design/production, a full refund is available. If design has begun, only 50% refund is possible.
