How to order & photo requirements

• Place your order and upload high‑resolution photos.
• Best photos: front, full‑body, clear, no obstructions; bright clothing and patterned outfits help capture detail.
• We use your photos to create a proof. Please supply a valid email address so we can send proofs and communicate about the design.

Production & proofs

Once you’ve uploaded photos we’ll prepare a proof and email it to you. If you approve, production continues. If you request adjustments, reply within 48 hours of the proof email — otherwise approval will be assumed and production will proceed. Modifications can delay delivery; multiple rounds of changes will extend lead time.

Refunds & returns

This is a bespoke item made to order and is non‑returnable. Refunds depend on production stage:

• If you cancel immediately and design/production has not started — full refund available.
• If you cancel after design has started — 50% refund.
• If you cancel after production has started — no refund available.
