Customisation scope & photo requirements

We design each figure from the photos you upload. For best results, please provide clear, high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photos without obstructions. Brightly coloured clothing or patterned outfits work well. Customisable elements include hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple poses.

Limitations: Complex handheld items, intricate gestures or large scene props (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals, etc.) may not be fully reproduced. We will restore details as faithfully as possible within the block structure.

Ordering & production process

1. Place your order and upload high-resolution photos.
2. We will send a proof to your email for approval. We require your email address to deliver proofs and to contact you if any production issues arise.
3. Please reply to the proof email within 48 hours; if no reply is received we will assume approval and continue to production.
4. After approval: quality inspection and dispatch.

Refund & delivery policy

Because each item is custom-designed 1:1 and cannot be resold, refunds are restricted: a full refund is available if you cancel before design work begins. If you cancel after design has started but before production begins, 50% will be refunded. Once production has begun there are no refunds or returns. Modifications requested during proofing may extend delivery time — more changes will generally increase lead time.
