• One-off production: each piece is produced 1:1 and cannot be resold; once production starts returns are restricted

Photo & customisation requirements

• Upload clear, high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photos with no obstructions. Brightly coloured or patterned clothing photographs yield better results.
• We will recreate simple hand-held items and gestures where possible; complex accessories or detailed gestural poses may not be perfectly reproduced due to block structure.

How ordering works

1. Place your order and upload photos.
2. Provide your email address — we send proofs during production to ensure satisfaction.
3. Approve the proof by email (please reply within 48 hours; if no reply we will assume approval and proceed).
4. Finalise production, quality inspection and dispatch.

Refund & production policy

Because each product is custom-made: if you request a refund before design has started, a full refund is available. If you request a refund after design has started but before production begins, 50% will be refunded. Once production has started no refunds or returns are permitted.
