Ordering & production process

1. Place your order and upload the required photos.
2. We will email you a proof for approval. We require your email address so proofs and production queries can be sent to you.
3. Please reply within 48 hours of the proof email; no reply will be taken as approval to proceed.
4. If approved, we start production; quality inspection follows and then dispatch.

Refunds & modifications

This is a made‑to‑order, one‑of‑a‑kind product — once produced it cannot be resold. Refund policy summary:

• Before design starts: full refund available.
• After design starts but before production: 50% refund.
• Once production has started: no refunds or returns.
