Material: ABS, eco‑friendly. Size: The figure size refers to the stature of the person standing from head to toe—not the actual height if the person is sitting or lying.
Ordering & customisation process
Place your order and upload a clear photo → we will email a proof for approval. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email; if no reply is received we will assume approval and proceed to production. If you approve, production begins after final confirmation.
Email requirement: We require your email address to send proofs during production and to contact you if any issues arise.
Refunds & returns
Because this product is made to order and uniquely produced, it cannot be returned once sold. Refund options depend on the production stage: full refund only if requested immediately and design/production has not started; 50% refund if requested after design has started; no refund once production has started. Delivery & modifications
