Material: ABS (eco‑friendly). Size: the figure’s stature is measured from head to toe; this is a representation of standing height and does not reflect seated or lying positions.
Ordering & customisation process
Place your order and upload clear, high‑resolution, front, full‑body photos (no face coverings; bright colours and patterns help).
We will email a proof for your approval. Reply within 48 hours; if no reply is received we will assume approval and continue production.
Once you approve the proof we proceed to production, then quality inspection and dispatch.
Important: refunds & returns
This is a made‑to‑order personalised product and cannot be returned for resale. Refund options depend on the production stage: full refund only if requested immediately and design has not begun; 50% refund if requested after design has started; once production has started no refund or return is available.
