What we need
High‑resolution, clear, front, full‑body photograph (no covers or obstructions).
Brightly coloured clothing and patterned outfits photograph better for accurate results.
Upload images at the time of order so we can prepare proofs by email.
Customisation scope
Hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, simple accessories and basic poses.
We will attempt to reproduce hand‑held items, gestures and more complex features where possible within block structure.
Large scene decorations (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) are excluded from production.

The stated size is the stature of the person standing from head to toe — not the actual height of the subject while sitting or lying. Material: ABS, eco‑friendly plastic.

We send a proof to your email for approval — please reply within 48 hours. If no reply is received we will assume approval and proceed.
Once you approve the proof we begin production, followed by quality inspection and dispatch.

This is a bespoke, made‑to‑order product. Once produced it cannot be returned for resale. Refund options:
If you cancel immediately after ordering and production/design has not yet started — full refund available.
If you cancel after design has started — 50% refund.
