Design is based on your supplied photos. Customisable aspects include hairstyle, facial expression and conventional accessories. Complex accessories may not be fully reproduced; we will approximate them within the constraints of small-particle building blocks.

Photo requirements

For best results upload clear, high-resolution photographs: front, full-body shots with no cover. Wearing bright colours or patterned clothing helps capture details.

2. We email a proof for your approval — we require your email address to send proofs and production updates.
3. Please reply within 48 hours to approve or request modifications; otherwise we will assume approval and continue to production.
4. Quality inspection and dispatch.

Note: Any modifications can delay delivery. The more revisions required, the longer production and delivery may take.

Returns & refunds

This product is custom-made and cannot be returned for resale. Refund eligibility depends on production stage: full refund if requested immediately after ordering and before design begins; 50% refund if requested after design has started; no refund once production has started.
