• Size: measured as the stature of the person standing (head to toe). This is not the actual height when sitting or lying down.
• Material: ABS, eco‑friendly.
• Images: upload a clear, high‑resolution front photo (no obstructions or covers) for the best head generation results.

How customisation works

1. Place your order and upload high‑resolution photos of each person to be made.
2. We will email a proof showing the head and assembly options. Please reply within 48 hours. If we do not receive a response, we will assume approval and continue production.
3. Once approved, we proceed to production, perform quality inspection and then dispatch.

Important: Returns & refunds

These are bespoke, made‑to‑order personalised brick figures and cannot be resold. Once produced, custom items are non‑returnable. If you request a refund immediately after ordering and production has not begun, a refund may be issued. If production has started, refunds or returns will not be available.
